The ideal candidate will build relationships with potential clients to drive business development success. You will schedule meetings to understand client needs and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new leads.
➡️ Main Responsibilities
- Generate opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate directly with sales and marketing teams to create opportunities with potential clients.
- Demonstrate and leverage strong sales and influence skills.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Over 2 years of experience in similar roles, including prospecting in the US market.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Experience in SaaS companies, especially with an HR focus.
