At Humand, we believe in the power of meaningful connections. Events are a key part of how we share our purpose with HR & Communication leaders around the world. We’re looking for a Events Specialist LATAM to help us identify, plan, and execute high-impact event participation across LATAM.

➡️ About the Role

We are looking for an experienced events professional to plan, execute, and manage high-quality events that elevate customer experience and strengthen brand presence. This role will be responsible for both virtual and in-person events, ranging from small customer gatherings to large-scale productions, including webinars and award events.

➡️ Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute customer-facing events (small, medium, and large scale)

• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, vendors, budgets, and on-site execution

• Produce and coordinate webinars and virtual events

• Lead the organization and execution of award events

• Manage merchandising, including sourcing, inventory, distribution, and brand alignment

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after each event

• Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve experience and results

➡️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the events industry

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

• Availability and willingness to travel

• Proven experience organizing customer events of varying sizes

• Experience with webinars and virtual event platforms

• Strong understanding of customer experience and attendee journey

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
