Content Specialist - North America

We’re looking for a Content Specialist to support our regional Growth Marketing efforts by creating high-quality, value-driven content that elevates our digital presence, drives demand, and strengthens Humand’s positioning in the North American region.
This is a unique opportunity to make real impact while working closely with teams across different countries in a fast-growing company backed by Y Combinator, one of the world’s top startup accelerators.
We’re seeking someone strategic, creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong self-management skills and the ability to produce content across multiple formats.
➡️ Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Manager for NA, supporting and proposing content initiatives that contribute to regional growth strategies.
Create and manage the North American content calendar across key fronts such as social media, blog posts, lead magnets, email marketing, ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
Produce high-quality, performance-driven content across these fronts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with Humand’s tone and messaging — while adapting content to the context and nuances of the region.
Support regional campaigns, events, and HuTalks by providing the content assets required for each initiative.
Collaborate closely with Global Content, Design/Multimedia, Paid Media, and Product Marketing to ensure smooth execution and coherent messaging across all assets.
Develop clear and actionable briefs to support the creation of visual assets and campaign materials.
Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to identify relevant topics, trends, and insights that strengthen content proposals for NA.
➡️ What We’re Looking For
Strong fluency in English, with excellent writing and communication skills for both internal coordination and content creation.
4+ years of experience producing content for B2B audiences; experience in SaaS or the HR market is a strong plus.
Proven experience adapting content to different objectives, with a strong understanding of the North American market, mainly United States.
Experience creating content across multiple formats, organic and paid media assets, with consistent quality and messaging.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in parallel.
Analytical skills to review content performance and propose improvements that support decision-making and action planning.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.
