We’re looking for a Partnership Executive to join our team and help us drive company growth by building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. If you have experience in sales, a passion for business development, and enjoy taking on new challenges, this role is for you!
➡️ Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Develop sales strategies to meet (and exceed) established targets.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and turn them into strategic partnerships.
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closing.
Present products and solutions to potential clients and partners.
Negotiate agreements and ensure client/partner needs are met, while maintaining the company’s reputation.
Keep sales databases up to date and participate in required meetings and training sessions.
➡️ What we value:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
+4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR tech or SaaS products.
Experience managing client/partner relationships and closing commercial deals, particularly in the EMEA region.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive mindset to seek new opportunities and generate value in every interaction.
