We’re looking for a hands-on FP&A Manager to own our financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes while leading the implementation of our FP&A platform (Aleph).

This is a builder role, not a passive reporting position. You will work directly with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to move us from spreadsheet-heavy processes to a scalable, system-driven FP&A setup.

➡️ Key Responsibilities
FP&A & Financial Management

• Own monthly forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes

• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses

• Prepare monthly management reporting, including variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget / Forecast)

• Support leadership with scenario analysis, sensitivity models, and ad-hoc financial insights

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Aleph as our core FP&A platform

• Design and maintain the planning and reporting model within Aleph

• Own data integration and validation (e.g. GL, payroll, CRM, billing)

• Translate business needs into Aleph structures (COA mapping, dimensions, drivers)

• Ensure adoption by Finance and business stakeholders

• Partner closely with Accounting, RevOps, HR, and department heads

• Act as the finance business partner for budget owners

• Drive financial discipline and transparency across the organization

• 4–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling roles

• Strong hands-on experience building financial models and forecasts

• Proven experience implementing or operating an FP&A tool (Aleph, Cube, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)

• Solid accounting foundation (comfortable working off the GL)

• Advanced Google Sheets skills

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment

• SaaS or high-growth company experience

• Multi-entity or multi-currency exposure

• Experience working closely with executive leadership

• Prior experience leading systems implementations end-to-end
