Content Specialist - Brazil

We are looking for a Content Specialist to support Humand’s initiatives in Brazil, strengthening our authority and digital presence through high-quality content that attracts, engages, and provides real value to our audience of HR and Internal Communications professionals and leaders.

We’re seeking a professional who works well in remote, collaborative environments, with strong self-management and a proven track record in creating content across multiple formats—combining creativity with a data-driven mindset.
➡️ Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate continuously with the Growth Marketer Brazil, supporting and proposing content strategies that contribute to market growth initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing benchmarking and research to support content creation strategies and proposals.
- Create and manage the editorial calendar for multiple fronts: social media, blog posts, lead magnets, ad copy, email marketing, etc.
- Produce high-quality content for different formats: social media, blog posts, lead magnets, ad copy, email marketing, landing pages, and sales materials.
- Support regional marketing campaigns, events, and HuTalks with strategic content.
- Work closely with the global and regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment and quality in messaging and positioning.
- Develop creative briefs for the Design/Multimedia Team for visual assets (posts, landing pages, materials, infographics, and more).
- Adapt/review/translate content while ensuring textual consistency, correct grammar, and alignment with the Brazilian context.
- Provide content for paid media campaigns, including ad copy and landing page content.
- Use AI tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of deliverables.
➡️ What We’re Looking For
- Advanced command of the Portuguese language, with excellent writing, editing, adaptation, and standardization skills.
- Advanced English (reading, interpretation, writing, and speaking).
- Experience producing B2B SaaS content. Experience in the HR market is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience creating content for different formats and objectives.
- Specialization in at least one of the following: social media, SEO, email marketing, or copywriting, with basic knowledge of the others.
- Clear communication, collaborative mindset, and ability to work in a remote, distributed team.
- Basic data analysis skills: spreadsheet creation, understanding of metrics, calculation of key digital content KPIs, and analytical capacity to support decision-making and action planning.
