Growth Marketer - North America
We are looking for a Growth Marketer for North America (USA-focused) to lead our go-to-market marketing initiatives in the region. This is a hands-on strategic role, responsible for coordinating and executing cross-functional marketing efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation in the U.S. market.
This person will act as the bridge between global marketing and local needs, working closely with Sales, CX, Partnerships and all internal marketing squads (Content, Paid Media, Web, SEO, Multimedia, etc.).
He/Her will be accountable for prioritizing initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and making things happen — from generating localized content, planning webinars and creating lead magnets, to aligning paid campaigns and landing page strategy with the market context.
The ideal candidate has proven experience working with the U.S. market in B2B SaaS, understands how to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
➡️ Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Continuously deepen knowledge of the U.S. market: pain points, industry trends, competitors, decision-making processes, and regulatory context.
- Stay in close communication with internal stakeholders to uncover opportunities, blockers, and emerging needs.
- Analyze CRM data (HubSpot) to understand lead sources, campaign performance, and growth potential.
2️⃣ Content Strategy & Performance Marketing
- Propose and prioritize content ideas for social media, blogs, email campaigns, lead magnets, and landing pages based on local market dynamics.
- Work with the Content and Social Media teams to localize messaging and ensure content relevance to the U.S. audience.
- Coordinate with the Paid Media team to ensure campaigns reflect the right positioning, keywords, tone, and value propositions.
- Review ad creatives and landing pages to ensure alignment with regional insights and ICPs.
3️⃣ Growth Marketing & Demand Generation
- Lead the creation of customer success stories from U.S.-based clients, in collaboration with the CX and Marketing teams.
- Organize webinars, HuTalks, and virtual events with local speakers and prospects.
- Launch and test growth hacking initiatives that generate brand awareness and qualified leads in North America.
4️⃣ Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the regional marketing lead for the U.S., aligning initiatives with the broader marketing and sales strategy. Coordinate internally across Paid Media, Content, Design, Multimedia, Web, and SEO to ensure local needs are executed with excellence.

- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, content strategy, or growth marketing.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish – excellent written and verbal communication is essential for internal coordination and external messaging.
- Demonstrated experience working with the U.S. market, understanding its audience, business culture, and marketing nuances.
- Proven ability to coordinate across global teams and stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and driving projects from planning to execution.
- Experience collaborating with teams across Paid Media, Content, Web, and Product Marketing to align on messaging and GTM initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to extract insights from CRM, campaign, and funnel data.
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced, and high-growth environment, with the ambition to grow into a leadership role within the regional marketing team.
