• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and strategic alliances, especially in Brazil.
• Design and propose commercial strategies to drive the company's growth in the Brazilian market.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and specific regulations of the Brazilian market to guide strategic planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize service offerings in Brazil.
• Generate reports and analyses on commercial performance in Brazil and propose improvements.

➡️ What we value:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS companies focused on HR.
• Proven experience working in the Brazil region, with deep knowledge of its dynamics, cultures, and commercial trends.
• Biligual/Native proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish. Knowledge of English will be a highly valued plus.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic vision and ability to detect growth opportunities.
